We Dig Wine Here | BTL Winemaker's Dinner
Ring in Spring in the heart of Niagara on the Lake. With a glass of sparkling wine in hand, take a hayride out to our BTL vineyard with Grower/Owner Greg Wertsch and learn about the uniqueness of its terroir.
Then, sit down in our Barrel Cellar with Greg and his brother/winemaker Yannick as they take you through an incredible meal featuring their very best wines grown and produced on their family estate in the middle of the Four Mile Creek Appellation.
Travel back through their journey as they describe what it took to thrive in this growing region and how the unique qualities of their vineyard when curated properly can produce award-winning wines, including their flagship 2015 Lemberger Reserve.
Chef Drew Zimmerman from Pig Out Roasters has put together an epic menu and if mother nature cooperates, we'll serve dessert on the Back Barn patio near a warm fire.
